About Chef Roxanne Moreno
ROXANNE MORENO is Kitchen Manager and Chef and has been with the Center since 2004. Due to her expertise, she has revitalized the meal selections and their preparation for the Center’s guests. She has extensive background in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, and has worked as chef in a health food market. Roxanne is a native of Tampa,is married and she and her husband have a 2 1/2 year old son, Sebastian. One of her favorite off-duty activities is spending time with family members. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
